Tasksolver’s monthly subscription includes handiwork services spanning assembly, mounting, installation, repairs, and minor electrical and plumbing work. A full list of services is available here.
The monthly fee includes one service call request per month. You may include as many services as you’d like in one visit, as long as they do not exceed two hours. A list of services and time is available here.
The monthly fee does not include materials or equipment. These are supplied directly by the member.
We directly hire and insure all Tasksolver technicians.
Based on availability, service requests are usually booked within 24 hours of a request. To book an appointment, please contact us here.
We hire all Tasksolver technicians directly. Our recruitment process includes a rigorous technical assessment and background checks. We also survey our customers after each visit to ensure that our service consistently improves based on feedback.
Once you sign up for a subscription, you will be assigned to a dedicated customer support representative to answer all your questions and provide assistance by email and phone.
Subscriptions are year-long. Customers may cancel or pause their subscription, however, they are responsible for the balance of subscription at the time of pause or cancellation.
